Adoption levels addressed throughout the approach
A meaningful collaboration starts with trust, relevance and a clear reason to work together. Nothing is imposed. The first conversations establish whether Accentri can genuinely contribute to the client’s objective.
Clarify the intended outcome before discussing roles or profiles. The objective, context, constraints and risks determine what expertise and commitment will be needed.
Identify professionals who can connect the relevant disciplines and who have the capability, availability and willingness to commit to the mission. A CV can inform the conversation, but it cannot make the connection.
Translate the objective into clear boundaries, responsibilities and expected outcomes. The scope must be realistic for the people who will carry the work.
Create a practical route that respects priorities, dependencies, timing and organisational capacity. The strategy should guide execution rather than remain a theoretical plan.
Bring the relevant stakeholders around the same objective, decisions and responsibilities. Alignment does not require identical opinions, but it does require visible commitment.
Turn plans into action. Execution requires capable people, clear ownership, timely decisions and continuous connection between business, technology, projects and the organisation.
Support people through the five connected Adoption Levels. Delivery becomes valuable only when the new way of working is understood, supported, possible, applied and anchored.
Build ownership, support, follow-up and improvement into the organisation. The result should continue after the project or external support has ended.
Review what was achieved, what changed, what was adopted and what still needs attention. The retrospective creates accountability and turns experience into stronger future decisions.
Adoption levels
Understanding, alignment, ability, application and anchoring remain visible throughout the steps.
